Privacy notice

This notice explains how Mukoko Studio (Private) Limited ("we") uses the information you give us when you apply for a new private limited company registration in Zimbabwe through this service.

What we collect and why

• Your contact details, so we can manage your application and reach you.
• Company details such as proposed names, activities and addresses, plus your tax-registration notes and preferred bank.
• Details of directors, shareholders, beneficial owners and the company secretary, including identity numbers, dates of birth and residential addresses, because the Companies Registry requires them.
• Copies of identification and supporting documents you choose to upload or email to us.

We use this information to prepare and coordinate your company registration, Articles, tax registrations and requested business bank account opening.

Who can see it

Identification documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. They can be seen by you, by authorised Mukoko Studio staff, by a registration agent we appoint for your application, and by the Companies Registry where submission requires it. For tax registration and business bank account opening, we share only the information needed with ZIMRA and your chosen bank, with your authorisation. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Information about other people

When you enter details of another person, you confirm you are authorised to share them with us for this purpose and that you will let them know.

How long we keep it

Our retention schedule is being finalised. Until it is published here, we keep application records only as long as needed to complete your registration and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@mukoko.studio. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
