What this service is
This is an intake service run by Mukoko Studio (Private) Limited. It is not a government portal. Submitting an application here does not register a company and is not an approval by the Companies Registry.
Scope
Both Standard and Priority include:
- Application and document review.
- Memorandum & Articles of Association.
- Registry filing and incorporation documents.
- ZIMRA tax registrations.
- Business bank account opening support.
We prepare the Memorandum and Articles of Association for the agreed company structure, coordinate the applicable ZIMRA tax registrations, and assist with the business bank account application and opening process at your chosen bank. Our team will confirm any additional information or institution-specific documents needed before submission.
PRAZ registration, legal representation and government or bank charges are not included. Any additional work or third-party charge will be explained and confirmed with you before we proceed. Nothing is charged automatically.
Prices and delivery targets
- Standard: US$400, delivery target 5 working days.
- Priority: US$600, delivery target 3 days.
Targets start only after documents are complete, payment is confirmed by our team and we have reviewed your application. These are company incorporation targets and depend on name approval and Registry processing. ZIMRA registration and bank account activation are subject to the relevant institution’s checks and processing, so their completion times may differ.
Payment
Full payment is required before work starts. Payment is arranged manually. Our team will confirm payment instructions. An uploaded proof of payment is checked by our team before payment is treated as received.
Your authorisation
Typing your name when you submit records your authorisation of this intake. It does not replace the signed prescribed forms and consents the Registry requires, which we will send for signature.
