In order of preference. Make each name different; we can also accept a fourth and fifth option.

Your company objectives
A clear description of what the company will do. Plain language is fine; we prepare the formal documents.

At least one shareholder
An ID or passport copy, residential address, email and phone number for each shareholder, plus the ownership split.

At least two directors
An ID or passport copy, residential address, email and phone number for each director. One person can also be a shareholder.

A registered office address
A physical address in Zimbabwe. It can be a shareholder’s or director’s residential address.
