UNITED KINGDOM / ZIMBABWE BUSINESS

Based in Britain. Building in Zimbabwe.

A practical registration guide for Zimbabweans and other founders living in the UK who want to start a legitimate business in Zimbabwe without guessing their way through the paperwork.

No account, payment or ID scan needed to enquire.

01

Your UK address and Zimbabwe company

Your UK residence is useful contact information, but a Zimbabwe business must meet the appropriate registered-office and local compliance requirements. We check proposed addresses and appointments before filing.

02

Preparing identity and authorisations

The formal process may need passport or identification records, proof of address, signatures or certification. Do not send these in an open Google Doc or public attachment; we provide a secure transfer path at the right stage.

03

PBC or Pvt Ltd?

PBC ownership is expressed through qualifying individual membership interests. Pvt Ltd ownership is represented by shares. Investment plans, future partners and governance needs can affect the best choice.

  • Standard formation support for either structure: US$400
  • Priority support for either structure: US$600
  • Registry timing and third-party costs to be confirmed in writing
04

Cross-border planning

A Zimbabwe entity does not automatically determine your UK personal tax, remittance, banking or reporting responsibilities. Obtain appropriate tax and legal guidance where relevant.
