Can I start from another country?
Yes. We can discuss company formation and prepare an application while you are overseas. Whether every filing step can happen without travelling depends on identity checks, members or directors, local registered-office arrangements and the Registry's requirements for your specific case.
Two routes to a Zimbabwe entity
A Private Business Corporation (PBC) is a member-owned structure that can suit qualifying small owner-managed ventures. A Private Limited Company (Pvt Ltd) has shareholders and directors, and may suit growth and formal investment arrangements.
- PBC: member interests, contributions and accounting officer particulars
- Pvt Ltd: share allocation, directors, secretary and beneficial ownership
- Both: name options, Zimbabwe registered address and appropriate identity verification
The remote-first process
Send a short enquiry with your contact details and business idea. We advise which information and prescribed forms apply, give you an itemised quote, confirm a private handover route for sensitive documents, then coordinate preparation and filing where instructed.
- 1. Initial enquiry — no identity uploads
- 2. Choose structure and package
- 3. Receive tailored checklist and written quote
- 4. Complete relevant documents privately
- 5. Filing and status updates, subject to Registry approval
What happens after incorporation?
Tax registration, bank account opening, licences and PRAZ supplier registration may be useful next steps but depend on their separate requirements. None should be represented as automatically approved by incorporation.
